Return & Refund Policy

For returns, refunds and any problem with an order, please contact us before returning anything, so we can confirm what applies to your purchase. Perishable and made-to-order items generally cannot be returned once they have left us, but tell us if something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described and we will put it right.
